Buildings
and Grounds
According to the grace
of God given to me,
like a skilled master
builder I laid a foundation,
and someone else is
building on it.
Each
builder must choose with care
how to build on it.

Corinthians 3:10
Ah! The most difficult yet
satisfying work of the Church. Trying to keep the parish
buildings and the grounds looking good and in good repair
at all times is difficult.

Thanks to the generosity of
so many of you, we have been able to do the following in
the last three years:
-
Purchase a new organ
-
Eradicate the termites
-
Replace hundreds of broken
tiles on the roof
-
Remove, clean, re-lead and
repair the stained glass windows
-
Paint all the buildings
inside and out
Buildings and Grounds is dedicated to the upkeep and repairs of the parish buildings and
the surrounding grounds. Work
parties are formed when needed, and cleanup days are scheduled as often as
quarterly.

Friends of the
Library
Mostly the work of one
person, this noble effort seeks to maintain the books and other items that have been donated to the
library over the years. This parish
is blessed to have some very fine literary works, both Christian and secular, in
its library.
